  • What is a "notary public authorized translation"?

It is the copy of your document translated into another language upon request from an authority. However, it carries notary public stamp, date, translator's stamp and name. One copy of the document held by the notary bureau. After your original document get translated by the translator, it goes to notary public for affirmation.

  • What is an Apostille document?

Apostille is a system that guarantees the originality, validity of a govenrmental document in the international environment. Apostille system created at Lahey convention in 6 October 1961. Apostille rules are valid only among the countries which join and accepted convention's memorandum. Turkey is one the parties. Apostille document carries stamp and authorization information of local governors after translation and authorization at local notary public bureau.

  • How long does it take to translate?

This process totally depends on the length of the text. So, let us give you quatation after examining your documents. If you are rushing for a bureaucratic procedure, and if you have only 1-5 pages, we get it done in couple of hours reliably. When we give you dead line about your job, you can count on us conscienly.

  • Can I get my translation done without an office visit?

Yes, ofcourse, as long as you have internet access..

  • How much does translation cost?

Our minimum order is one page. You pay per page basis. 1000 character is counted as one page. We are open to several deals such as long-term, multi-page, combined services to lower your final cost. Least density in your page costs you less; for example 5 TL. However, if the character density increases, price per page may go up to 15 TL. Notary authorization fee and tax will be added upon your request.

  • How do I pay?

If you personally visit our office, you may pay cash or credit card. If the amount is higher than 50TL., we can offer you installed payment thru your credit card. (domestic cards only)

  • Via Internet banking:

If you have banking account in Turkey, and if you already have "internet-banking" deal with your bank, you can send us payment with EFT.

  • Via Money Transfer or EFT:

You can visit closest bank branch for money transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). But it is good to know that money transfers cost you higher (10 -40 TL according to the bank) in Turkey. EFT cost you at reasonable prices (1 -5 TL)but it has limited daily operation time: 9:00 Am - 3:00 Pm.

  • Does the Office Translation give official receipt or invoice upon my payment?

Yes, sure. We may send the invoice whereever you'd like us to send.

  • How do I send the text to you for translation?

  • I do not get along well with the technology, how do I send you my paper through internet?

You must send it via e-mail. Please go to the closest digital imaging shop. Tell them you need the document in digital picture format as JPG or GIF. Get them to scan you text and store the image in a CD. If they do not have an internet access, take the CD and please go to an internet cafe store. Tell the clerk, that the image in the CD must go to the e-mail address specified above. Please make sure that you write your name and phone number in the E-mail. When we receive the e-mail, we reach you.

  • How Do I receive my translated documents back?

We can either send them back to you via any shipment company you prefer, or, we can send them to any place you want. We pay the domestic shipments, you pay international shipments if it is required.

  • My papers must be translated by tomorrow morning emergently... Could you?

No problem. Now it is in the middle of the night, and you have some papers to be translated by tomorrow morning. If you have a scanner to transfer your documents into digital form, and if you send them to us thru e-mail, your job is done 50%, already. Please scan documents, and e-mail them to us. After e-mailing process, you must make a payment thru "www.gittigidiyor.com" to us with "service purchase". Please buy "emergent translation service". After making sure that you complete these steps, please call us immediately. Time does not matter.
