1) Citizens of any foreign contry who are willing to stay and work in Turkey, must have "work permit" from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and after that, they should register it into their resident permit from the Passport and Foreigners Branch Directorate, a department of local central police station.

2) Investigations about whether a foreign person working with a permission or not, will be carried on by Social Security Officers, Internal Revenue Officers, Police and Gendarmerie Officers. If any foreign worker should be found without a work permit, employees will be prosecuted. Besides, there will be penalty per each foreign worker without permit. 

3) Foreign citizens who is already married with a Turkish national, can apply for the Turkish citizenship as well as they reside in Turkey for 3 years without any interruption of resident permit more than 6 months, to embrace marriage toward family union, not to commit crime which prohibit Turkish citizenship. Position of these persons will be investigated and considered by the commission built up by the local governorship then the persons who are appropriate will be accepted to the Turkish citizenship by the Ministry of Internal Relations.

4) Foreigners can enter Turkey throught legal ways with a valid passport. Persons who illegally enters,  with no passport, pass the residential visa expiration,  detected as an illegal worker, commit crimes which lead to deportation, will be deported ex officio.
